THE DIVE TRIP

Our normal 15-day tour schedule supplanted by five (5) days of Scuba.

Total Cost per Person: $3895. Gear not provided.

Also known as the Roberto Benigni Commemorative Dive Trip, in honor of our patron and close personal friend. He, or a very close personal friend of his, leads us on the eternal and traditional search for the wild conch shells of the Calanques.

We encounter the rare Giant Tuna, festoon him with capers, and eat him for lunch.

Avoiding arrest, we skirt the protected oyster beds of Marseille, piloted by our trusted Capitaine Haddock, at the helm of our dive platform, the now rodent-free "La Gina Lolobrigida."

Guided into the labyrinthian, yet not psychologically-debilitating twists and turns of flooded prehistoric grottoes by our paranormal leader (Benigni), we discover the meaning of life itself.
